On 8 Feb 05 Detective Schuck issued a citation to Brent Reynolds, age 19, 800 Fifth Street Apt. 8, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license.  Detective Schuck stopped Mr. Reynolds on Cisler Drive near Glendale Road after observing Mr. Reynolds traveling at a speed faster than the posted speed limit.

On 8 Feb 05 Deputy Sheriffs Malone and Eddy were dispatched to 25 Watertown Road, Watertown, in response to a domestic disturbance taking place at the residence. Upon their arrival Stephen Parish, age 37, stated his live-in girlfriend Nicole Reed, age 28, bit him twice in the chest after the two argued about their children being in the custody of Ms. Reed’s parents. Interviewing Ms. Reed at another residence on Watertown Road, she elaborated that Mr. Parish backhanded her, shoved her to the floor and pulled her hair. Ms. Reed also stated she suffered bruising and cuts to her legs as a result of her fall and being subsequently stepped on. Based on their investigation Deputy Malone arrested Mr. Parish for domestic violence and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

On 8 Feb 05 an employee of the Frontier Local School System reported a bus driver found a wallet containing a green leafy substance and three pills on her bus the previous day. This case remains under investigation (1184).

On 8 Feb 05 Charlotte Parks, age 47, 300 Arends Ridge Road, Marietta, reported while her disabled vehicle was parked atop Marsh Run Hill between 28 Jan and 6 Feb, an unknown suspect(s) cut the validation sticker off the rear license plate. This case remains under investigation (690).

On 8 Feb 05 Julia F. Wardeska, age 65, 390 Cole-Coffman Road, Marietta, reported at some point during the past year a section of Lionel brand toy train tracks were stolen from her basement. This case remains under investigation (174).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Douglas Edward Smith, age 33, 413 ½ Third Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Smith was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Kampmeier of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Feb 05 at 6:45 am.

Robert Matthew Parrish, age 28, 207 Aurora Street Apt. C, Marietta, for possession of drugs, a felony. Parrish was arrested at Colonial Terrace by Detective Warden of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Feb 05 at 11:15 am.

Kevin Paul Miller, age 32, 640 Phillips Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, for kidnapping, abduction and for escape, all felonies. Miller was picked up at the Regional Jail in Nelsonville by Deputy Sheriff Summers and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Feb 05 at 12:45 pm.

Wilder Alexander Erazo, age 21, 208 Brittigan Circle, Marietta, for rape, a felony. Erazo was arrested at his residence by Detective Seevers of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Feb 05 at 8:28 pm.

Stephen Lee Parish, age 37, 25 Watertown Road, Watertown, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Parish was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Malone and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Feb 05 at 9:31 pm.
