On 5 Feb 05 Jessica I. Cottrille, age 25,
901 18th Street, Vienna, reported after giving permission to
Michael V. Richards, age 27, 1365 McGill Road, Vincent, the
father of her daughter, permission to take the child for two
hours, he called stating he would not bring the child back.
Despite the fact Mr. Richards returned the child later, Deputy
Sheriff Evans thought necessary to request a summons for Mr.
Richards for interference with custody.
On 5 Feb 05 Danielle A. Vanwey, age 21, 27130
State Route 7, Marietta, reported a Lanzar 1600 watt amplifier
she loaned to a friend was stolen from his vehicle while parked
outside her residence. This case remains under investigation
(296).
On 5 Feb 05 Melissa D. Drayer, age 34, 20470
State Route 60, Beverly, reported her husband allegedly threatened
her during an argument the couple had while conversing over
each other’s adulterous activities. Determining no act
of domestic violence took place, Deputy Sheriff Rhodes explained
the consequences of domestic violence and bade the two farewell.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Richard Paul Davis, age 25, 610 Cross Street,
Somerville, OH, for being a fugitive from justice, OVI, for
driving left of center, for operating with an expired license
and for not wearing a seat belt, all misdemeanors. Davis was
arrested on Muskingum Drive by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Feb 05 at
1:20 am.
Nicholas E. Adams, age 39, 104 Wood Street, Marietta, for
OVI, for driving outside the marked lanes of travel and for
driving under an FRA suspended license, all misdemeanors. Adams
was arrested on Gilman Avenue in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 5 Feb 05 at 1:55 am.
Millard Larry Carver, age 35, 45455 Wiley Avenue, Caldwell,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Carver was arrested on Interstate 77
by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 5 Feb 05 at 9:05 am.
