On 27 Jan 05 Kimberly Adams, age 34, 10100 State Route 339, reported on each of the two previous evenings an unknown suspect has entered her locked garage and punctured a tire on her vehicle. This case remains under investigation (296).

On 27 Jan 05 Deputy Sheriff Malone issued a citation to Travis Cunningham, age 20, 9550 State Route 550, Vincent, for having fictitious registration and for failure to register a motor vehicle. Deputy Malone stopped Mr. Cunningham on State Route 550 near the Par Mar store in Barlow.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Ralph E. Deberry, age 53, Route 2 Box 425, Belpre, for breach of recognizance for failing to appear for arraignment on 30 Apr 03.

Patricia Ann Jones, age 27, 321 Sixth Street or 865 Silver Globe Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation by failing to appear to serve three days in jail on 21 Nov 04.

Bryan L. Stewart, age 36, 775 Turkey Hollow Road, Cutler, for driving under a suspended license, for failure to control and for not wearing a seat belt on 5 Nov 04.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Johnnie Ray Ettinger, age 37, 46 Hickory Drive, Little Hocking, for disorderly conduct by fighting, a misdemeanor. Ettinger was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Jan 05 at 1:15 am.

Anthony Brian Martin, age 18, 700 Greenhill Road, Marietta, or failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Martin was picked up in Belpre by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Jan 05 at 11:10 pm.
