On 21 Jan 05 a thirty-four year old Marietta resident reported over the past three weeks she has received approximately forty hang up phone calls at all hours of the day. This case remains under investigation (296).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Brice Edward Spencer, age 36, 611 Roseland Avenue, Williamstown, for .17 breath OVI and for failure to comply with the signal of an officer, both misdemeanors. Spencer was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Jan 05 at 12:01 am.

John Lawrence Miller, age 61, State Route 145, Lewisville, OH, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Miller was arrested in Lewisville by Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Jan 05 at 11:45 am.
