Melissa Dawn Fulton, age 36, 510 Smith Street , Marietta , for resisting arrest, a misdemeanor. Fulton was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Wenzel of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Jan 05 at 2:20 am .

Krystal Michele Lincoln, age 40, 729 Ninth Street , Marietta , for resisting arrest, a misdemeanor. Lincoln was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Sury of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Jan 05 at 2:25 am .

David Anthony Lincoln, age 21, 729 Ninth Street , Marietta , for disorderly conduct by fighting and for resisting arrest, both misdemeanors. Lincoln was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Sury of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Jan 05 at 2:30 am .

Melissa Anne Price, age 33, 23555 State Route 339, Beverly, for nonsupport of dependants, a misdemeanor. Price turned herself in to Lt. Canavan at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Jan 05 at 7:55 am.

James Allan Wellspring, age 43, 1014 Hadley Lane , Marietta , a fugitive from justice, a felony. Wellspring was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Warden of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Jan 05 at 11:45 pm .
