On 10 Jan 05 Megan L. Rose, age 32, 10 Browns Road Apt. 2B, Marietta, reported receiving a phone call from her former boyfriend Christopher S. Scarbro, age 32, Marietta, which is in violation of a protection order she has against him. Sgt. Hiatt and Deputy Sheriff Brockmeier later located Mr. Scarbro at Marietta Memorial Hospital, arrested him for violating the terms of a protection order and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Aaron Christopher Goins, age 33, Route 1 Box 146, Amesville, for two counts of violating the terms of a protection order and for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, all misdemeanors. Goins was arrested on Patten Mills Road by Deputy Sheriff Stackpole and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jan 05 at 12:25 am.

Jerry Matthew Withrow, age 35, 1016 Madison Avenue, Charleston, WV, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Withrow was picked up at the South Central Regional Jail by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jan 05 at 2:40 pm.

Christopher Shane Scarbro, age 32, 900 Glendale Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of a protection order, a misdemeanor. Scarbro was arrested at Marietta Memorial Hospital by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jan 05 at 8:30 pm.
