On 7 Jan 05 Sgt. Underwood responded to the
scene of the death of a forty-three year old Stockport resident.
The cause of death appears to be self-inflicted and no foul
play is suspected.
On 7 Jan 05 Jerry Eddy, 760 Bear Run Road, Newport, reported a vehicle ablaze
near mile post four on County Road 25 in Newport. Due to the suspicious nature
of the fire, this case remains under investigation (698, 296).
The following individual
wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:
Robert Frederick Miller, age 49, 3487 Jackson
Run Road, New Matamoras, for gross sexual imposition, a felony.
Miller was arrested at his residence by Detective Schuck of
the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 7 Jan 05 at 6:25 am.
