Robert J. Brotton Jr., age 38, 24111 State Route 564, Caldwell, for two counts of breach of recognizance and one count of failure to appear for failing to appear for jury trial on 21 Dec 04.

Michael B. Burkley, age 21, 3318 West Pleasant Valley Road, Parma, OH, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $312.

James N. Croston, age 27, 300 Buckeye Ridge Road, Chesterhill, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 17 Dec 04.

Lisa D. Dotson, age 31, 121 North Main Street, Summerfield, OH, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 17 Dec 04.

Roy B. Garner, age 37, 881 Riverview Drive, St. Marys, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 17 Dec 04.

Carl D. Hofmann, age 37, Route 1 Box 63A1, Waterford, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 17 Dec 04.

Sherry D. Kimball, age 38, PO Box 580, St. Marys, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 17 Dec 04.

Autumn D. Smith, age 29, 120 Longacre Road, Marietta, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 17 Dec 04.

Mary R. Stull, age 42, PO Box 232 Route 1 Box 71, Lowell, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 17 Dec 04.

Tammy Sturm, age 36, PO Box 116 18780 State Route 145, Lower Salem, for failing to appear for a debtor’s exam on 17 Dec 04.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Lucia Benner, age 41, 14503 State Route 339, Beverly, for OVI and for failure to reinstate her operator’s license, both misdemeanors. Benner was arrested on State Route 60 by Lt. Wilson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Jan 05 at 12:10 am.

Thomas Dean Zinn, age 36, 2146 Sandhill Road, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Zinn was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Jan 05 at 12:30 am.

Jeremiah Lahman Williams, age 28, 150 Pitts Road, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Williams was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Stackpole and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Jan 05 at 5:00 am.

Harry Mark Martin, age 48, 1005 Orchard Street Apt. 6, Marietta, for possession of drugs, a felony. Martin was arrested at Giant Eagle in Marietta by Patrolman Hawkins of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Jan 05 at 3:10 pm.

Nicholas David Offenberger, age 24, 711 Washington Street, Marietta, for OVI and for driving left of center, both misdemeanors. Offenberger was arrested on County Road 17 by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Jan 05 at 9:50 pm.
