On 4 Jan 05 while working a security detail at Warren High School, Detective Schuck was called to interdict a disturbance.  Gary Lynch, age 42, 728 Mary Street, Belpre, stated and witnesses confirmed that Eric Anderson, age 37, 900 Tresch Road, Fleming, struck Mr. Anderson in the mouth after a brief rumpus in line before the concession stand.  In consequence Detective Schuck issued Mr. Anderson a citation for disorderly conduct by fighting.

On 4 Jan 05 Frances K. Keiffer, age 56, Third Street, Beverly, reported between 4 Oct and 24 Dec, various gold and silver coins in bezels to be worn as necklaces were stolen from her residence. This case remains under investigation (592).

On 4 Jan 05 Tina Merrill, age 35, 122 Meadowcrest Lane, Little Hocking, reported being informed by a neighbor that a group of teenagers removed a number of items from her home at 1016 Briggs Hill Road, Belpre. This case remains under investigation (500).

Michael J. Dye, age 30, 4660 Huck Road, Lowell, for failing to appear to serve two days in jail on 23 Dec 04.

Waylon F. McCune, age 30, 1119 ½ East 12th Street, Parkersburg, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $457.60.

Lonnie E. Perdew, age 49, 2809 ½ 28th Street, Parkersburg, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $273.

Kyle R. Sully, age 21, 565 Dodd Run Road, Marietta, for two counts of failing to appear for a jury trial on 30 Dec 04.

Robert J. Brotton Jr., age 38, 24111 State Route 564, Caldwell, for failing to appear for a jury trial on 21 Dec 04.

Mark A. McIntyre, age 23, 223 Broughton Avenue, Marietta, for failing to appear for a jury trial on 20 Dec 04.

Robert E. Carpenter, age 30, 2665 Mill Fork Road, Marietta, for assault on 29 Dec 04.

Patricia M. Bennett, age 52, 109 Coventry Road, Marietta, for failing to file a financial disclosure statement after having been a candidate for city office in 2003.

Patricia A. Carpenter, age 51, 11699 Channingway Boulevard, The Plains, for passing a bad check for $60.09 on 8 Jul 04.

Thomas E. Malone, age 26, 308 Main Street, Lowell, for appearing to serve a three day jail sentence on 17 Dec 04 in a non-sober state, therefore being in contempt of court.

Naomi J. Mayle, age 38, 8959 State Route 37, Malta, for possession of drug paraphernalia on 29 May 04.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Brian Robert Harris, age 26, 835 Stanleyville Narrows Road, Whipple, for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and for having a faulty license plate light, all misdemeanors. Harris was arrested on Elizabeth Street in Belpre by Patrolman Morris of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Jan 05 at 2:30 am.

Charles Edward Grodhaus, age 25, 530 ½ High Street, Macksburg, for driving under an OVI suspended license, a misdemeanor. Grodhaus was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Jan 05 at 9:15 am.

Robert David Rinehart Jr., age 33, 2204 Meloy Road, Kent, OH, for contempt of a court order, a felony. Rinehart was picked up at the Portage County Jail by Deputy Sheriff Coppernoll and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Jan 05 at 3:00 pm.

Mark Aaron McIntyre, age 23, 223 Broughton Avenue, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation and for failure to appear, both misdemeanors. McIntyre was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Hearn of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Jan 05 at 9:35 pm.

Jesse Scott Books, age 22, Tenth Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Books was arrested near the intersection of Fourth and Montgomery Streets in Marietta by Detective Schuck of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Jan 05 at 10:45 pm.
