On 3 Jan 05 Stuart A. Hamilton, age 52, 115
Woodlawn Drive, Belpre, reported hearing his car alarm going
off around 6:30 that morning and upon further investigation,
noticed the key and keyless entry remote were stolen from inside
the Pontiac Grand Prix. This case remains under investigation
(1090).
On 3 Jan 05 Murray A. Husk, age 46, 736 Coram
Drive, Parkersburg, reported between the mornings of 31 Dec
04 and 3 Jan 05, an unknown suspect cut the corner containing
his registration sticker off his license plate while his truck
was parked at 104 Ellsworth Avenue, Marietta. This case remains
under investigation (1184).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Matthew Richard Jett, age 19, 209 Fifth Street
Ext., Lowell, for driving under a suspended license and for
possession of drugs, both misdemeanors. Jett was arrested on
State Route 60 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 3 Jan 05 at 1:45 am.
Douglas Nathan Martin, age 47, 1002 Washington Boulevard Apt.
1, Belpre, for having an open container and for disorderly
conduct, both misdemeanors. Martin was arrested on Washington
Boulevard in Belpre by Patrolman Morris of the Belpre City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 3 Jan 05 at 5:30 am.
David Wayne Wriston, age 20, 687 Wynncrest Drive, Marietta,
for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Wriston
was arrested in Marietta by Detective Jenkins of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 3 Jan 05 at 1:25 pm.
Fannie Sarah Kovacs, age 24, 1689 ½ Colegate Drive
Apt 144, Marietta, for failure to appear and for breach of
recognizance, both felonies. Kovacs was picked up in Marysville
by Deputy Sheriff Tornes and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 3 Jan 05 at 1:30 pm.
