On 28 Dec 04 the manager of White Oak Pharmacy,
8465 State Route 339, Vincent, reported employees discovered
a tube of acne ointment and a box of fuses were stolen on 21
and 23 Dec 04, respectively. This case remains under investigation
(232).
On 28 Dec 04 Megan K. Baumgartel, age 41,
4100 Barnett Ridge Road, Fleming, reported hearing two loud
gunshots on her property and witnessing a hunter traverse her
backyard despite her property being posted with no trespassing
and no hunting signs. This case remains under investigation
(232).

John Allen Grayson, age 46, 844 Greene Street
Apt. A, Marietta, for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Grayson
was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 28 Dec 04 at 3:20 am.
Archie Odale Hamrick, age 20, 560 McGill Road, Vincent, for
violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Hamrick
was arrested at the YMCA in Marietta by Probation Officer Ketelsen
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Dec 04
at 3:20 am.
Crystal Jane Trail, age 40, 3343 Circlebrook Road, Roanoke,
VA, a fugitive from justice, a felony. Trail was arrested on
Colegate Drive in Marietta by Patrolman Douglas of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 28 Dec 04 at 11:35 am.
Steven Paul Wagner, age 35, 37321 State Route 145, Lower Salem,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Wagner was picked up in Noble County
by Patrolman Douglas of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Dec 04
at 1:55 pm.
Jeffrey William Hunn, age 18, 122 Harmar Street, Marietta,
for theft, a misdemeanor. Hunn was arrested at Wal-Mart in
Marietta by Patrolman Ellenwood of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
28 Dec 04 at 2:15 pm.
Ryan O’Neil Nichols, age 28, 341 Tadpole Run Road, Belpre,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Nichols
was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Dec 04 at 5:55
pm.
