On 26 Dec 04 Deputy Sheriff Gherke was dispatched to meet with Barbara L. Jackson, age 36, 1340 Patten Mills Road, Cutler, in reference to a violation of a Temporary Protection Order. Ms. Jackson informed Deputy Gherke that Aaron C. Goins, age 33, 205 North Eureka Avenue, Columbus, the father of her child, continues to phone her home after being asked not to do so and is in violation of a court ordered protection order. While speaking with Ms. Jackson, Mr. Goins again phoned and Deputy Gherke witnessed Ms. Jackson speaking with Mr. Goins and ordered him not to phone back. In consequence, Deputy Gherke requested a warrant for Mr. Goins for violating a court ordered protection order.

On 26 Dec 04 Kevin Tucker, age 25, 276 Ridgewood Court, Marietta, reported a family member allegedly assaulted him following a dispute over a board game played at his parent’s home. This case remains under investigation (586).
