On 25 Dec 04 Deputy Sheriff Mankins responded
to the home of a fifty year old Devola resident who took an
overdose of prescription medication in an attempt to harm herself.
The individual was transported to Marietta Memorial Hospital
for treatment and evaluation.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
James Michael Deems, age 23, 416 Franklin
Street, Marietta, for a felony charge of violating the terms
of his probation and misdemeanor charges of OVI, driving under
a suspended license, for not wearing a seat belt and for speeding.
Deems was arrested on Franklin Street by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25
Dec 04 at 2:10 am.
