the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrantS:

Jeffrey C. Davis, age 28, 1245 Leith Run Road, New Matamoras, for criminal contempt for failing to appear in court on 21 Dec 04.

David A. Bayless, age 29, 1111 Latrobe Street, Parkersburg, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,545.70.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Todd Alan Covey, age 37, 170 Wells Avenue, Marietta, for violating a protection order, a misdemeanor. Covey was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Dec 04 at 12:55 am.

William Arthur Murphy III, age 33, 208 Maple Street, Marietta, for theft, a misdemeanor. Murphy was picked up in Nelsonville by Lt. Coppernoll of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Dec 04 at 2:35 pm.
