On 14 Dec 04 Richard L. Joyce, age 75, 70 Yellow Pine Drive, Vienna, reported at some point during the past week an unknown suspect disposed of two trash cans and a plastic dog house on his property at 1300 Pike Street, Marietta. This case remains under investigation (695).

On 14 Dec 04 John S. Bush, age 29, 60 Dye Street, Newport, reported two tenants at 5 Dye Street informed him on separate occasions since 26 Nov, a red car and small blue car backed up to his dumpster and unloaded several bags of trash. This case remains under investigation (695).

On 14 Dec 04 an employee of the Cliffside Carryout, 20825 State Route 550, Marietta, reported between 11 and 14 Dec an unknown suspect deposited three large bags containing carpet, padding and cat food in the business’ dumpster. This case remains under investigation (695).

On 14 Dec 04 a fifteen year old Warren High School student reported after being taunted by another seventeen year old male student throughout the day, the seventeen year old tackled him after seventh period and attempted to punch him in the head several times. This case remains under investigation (586).

On 14 Dec 04 Jill Flynn, age 30, 2205 Murray Street, Belpre, reported at 10:30 that morning an acquaintance burst through her locked front door, entered the kitchen and threatened her. This case remains under investigation (586).

On 14 Dec 04 Brian Chancellor, age 23, 68 East First Street, The Plains, OH, reported between 30 Nov and 1 Dec, his Cabella’s digital scouting camera was stolen from a friend’s property and his hunting location in Palmer Township, Stockport. This case remains under investigation (586).

On 14 Dec 04, while en route to a disturbance on County Road 20 in Marietta, Dispatch informed Lt. Wilson a suspect left the residence driving grey, two door Pontiac. Radio Dispatch also advised Lt. Wilson that the driver, Dan L. Tewkesbury, age 41, 315 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, is currently under court suspension. Observing the vehicle operating near the Wal-Mart parking lot in Marietta, Lt. Wilson stopped the vehicle, identified Mr. Tewkesbury as the driver, arrested him for driving under a suspended license and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

Scott E. Bragg, age 25, 1503 Windsor Drive, Charleston, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $409.50 and $299.

Darrell E. Clark, age 19, 230 East Fay Avenue, for failing to appear in rug court on 1 Dec 04.

Angela S. Hambel, age 32, 116 East Street, Caldwell, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $71.50.

Christopher G. Hicks, age 29, 4108 Leap Road, Hilliard, OH, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $422.50.

Michael A. Miller, age 21, 215 Fourth Street, Belpre, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $156.

Ronnie L. McQueary, age 40, RR 1 Box 170A, Cutler, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $836.16.

Chase C. Rose, age 24, 43459 State Route 26, Woodsfield, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $373.10.

Stacy R. Strickland, age 32, 4835 Woods Cross Roads, Benson, NC, for driving under a suspended license on 21 Nov 03.

Stephen P. Wagner, age 35, 5115 State Route 821, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $821.60.

Rebecca E. Whipkey, age 23, 72 Dixie Lane Apt. 201, Parkersburg, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $117.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Dan Landers Tewkesbury, age 41, 315 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Tewkesbury was arrested at on State Route 7 by Lt. Wilson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Dec 04 at 10:42 am.

James Ray Rhodes, age 54, 519 Ingram Road, Newport, for gross sexual imposition, afelony. Rhodes was arrested at his residence by Detective Schuck of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Dec 04 at 11:15 am.

Dennis Ray Oakley, age 24, 424 Third Street Apt. 4, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Oakley was arrested at his residence by Sgt. Underwood of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Dec 04 at 4:55 pm.

Tony Cameron Hendrickson, age 35, 124 Walnut Street, Belpre, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Hendrickson was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Spencer and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Dec 04 at 10:45 pm.
