On 13 Dec 04 a thirty-six year old Lowell
resident reported an acquaintance continues to make harassing
and threatening phone calls despite being ordered not to do
so. This case remains under investigation (500).
On 13 Dec 04 Erroll R. Maxey, age 19, 219
East Street, Middlebourne, WV, reported between the time his
vehicle was towed to Auto Maxx at 1314 Pike Street on Saturday
morning and Monday afternoon, his Pioneer CD player was forcibly
extricated from the dash. This case remains under investigation
(1184).
On 13 Dec 04 Aleisha Clark, age 29, 301 Broad
Street, Macksburg, reported a family member may have removed
a total of sixteen pills from two prescription bottles in her
bedroom the previous evening. This case remains under investigation
(500).
On 13 Dec 04 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to Daniel H. Southall, age 18, 4377
Brandenberry Road, Malta, for traveling 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. Lt. Wilson
stopped Mr. Southall on State Route 7 near Township 51 in Warren Township.
On 13 Dec 04 as Margie Hill, age 40, 4085
Muskingum River Road, Lowell, traveled toward Marietta on Muskingum
River Road, she passed her estranged husband David Hill, age
43, 295 Buckeye Ridge, Chesterhill, traveling in the opposite
direction. In violation of a protection order that specifically
states that Mr. Hill is not to follow Ms. Hill, Mr. Hill reversed
direction and followed Ms. Hill until she met her sister at
a business on Greene Street. In consequence, Deputy Sheriff
Eddy requested a warrant for the arrest of Mr. Hill for violation
of a court ordered protection order.
On 13 Dec 04 Lt. Wilson responded to the scene
of a disturbance at the home of Martha McLeod, age 57, 112
Devol Drive, Marietta. Ms. McLeod stated her son Christopher,
age 37, was intoxicated, cursing at her, making threatening
gestures and ripping off his shirt. After bearing witness to
the drunken state of Mr. McLeod, Lt. Wilson arrested him for
disorderly conduct by intoxication and transported him to the
Washington County Jail.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Garland Pack, age 47, 118 Weppler Road, Lowell,
failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines,
a misdemeanor. Pack was arrested at his residence by Sgt. Hiatt
of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 13 Dec 04 at 1:50 am.
Ron Michael Patterson, age 23, 424 Third Street
Apt. 3, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation,
a misdemeanor. Patterson
was arrested on Waldo Street in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff
Evans and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Dec
04 at 2:05 am.
Rodney Raymond Moore, age 24, 208C County
House Lane, Marietta, for burglary, a felony. Moore was arrested
at the Civil Division of the Sheriff’s Office by Deputy
Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 13 Dec 04 at 1:04 pm.
Christopher Shawn McLeod, age 37, 112 Devol Drive, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication and for violating the
terms of his probation, both misdemeanors. McLeod was arrested
at his residence by Lt. Wilson of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13
Dec 04 at 1:26 pm.
