Home Park, 1790 Masonic Park Road, Marietta, reported a tenant
wrote a bad check to pay his November rent on 1 Nov 04. This
case remains under investigation (8411).
On 6 Dec 04 an employee of the Village of
Macksburg reported during the past three weeks twelve street
signs have been stolen from places in the community. This case
remains under investigation (500).
On 6 Dec 04 Bonnie Grinnell, age 44, 27400
State Route 7 Lot 80, Marietta, reported at some point during
the past two weeks, two packs of cigarettes, five rings, several
necklaces and earrings were stolen from a duffel bag inside
her home. This case remains under investigation (597).
On 6 Dec 04 an employee of People’s
Bank, 138 Putnam Street, Marietta, reported on 3 Dec 04, after
the bank changed the locks in the process of repossessing the
Crash Doctor, 1410 Hocking Road, Belpre, an unknown suspect(s)
forcibly entered the business and removed two vehicles and
a computer. This case remains under investigation (945).
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Richard Buttermore, age 30, 2719 Mead Street,
Belpre, for disorderly conduct by fighting on 1 Nov 04.
Scott L. Carpenter, age 42, 836 Pike Street Apt. 23, Marietta,
for littering on 28 Oct 04.
Aaron Farnsworth, age 19, 122 Harmar Street, Marietta, for
violating the terms of his probation.
Christina R. Hines, age 34, 213 Curtis Boulevard, Marietta,
for failing to appear to serve three days in jail on 13 Oct
04.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Patricia Lynn Caudle, age 32, 160 Grinstead
Hill Road, Chilhowie, VA, for OVI, speeding and for endangering
children, all misdemeanors. Caudle was arrested on Interstate
77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 6 Dec 04 at 4:40 am.
Alex Jacks Handschumacher, age 26, 113 Dayton
Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a
felony. Handschumacher was arrested at the office of Probation
Officer Smith and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 6 Dec 04 at 4:50 pm.
Glen Edward Church, age 42, 500 Barclay Street Apt. D, Belpre,
for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Church was arrested at
his residence by Patrolman Williams of the Belpre City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
6 Dec 04 at 11:11 pm.
