On 4 Dec 04 Michelle D. Norman, age 35, 3075 North State Route 78, Malta, OH, struck a deer as she traveled northbound on State Route 339 near mile post three. Ms. Norman nor her four passengers reported injuries while her Plymouth Voyager sustained functional damage.

On 4 Dec 04 Sherry Flowers, age 44, 15 Bellaire Drive, Marietta, reported while she walked her dogs between 12:15 am and 12:45 am that morning, an unknown suspect(s) entered her unlocked home and removed eighty dollars from her purse. This case remains under investigation (296).

On 4 Dec 04 Charles M. Gray, age 19, 8750 Highland Ridge Road, Macksburg, reported between 12:30 am and 1:30 am that morning, his 1991 white GMC truck was stolen from the parking lot of the Whipple Tavern at 6675 State Route 821, Whipple. The truck has damage to the front grill and bumper, inoperable dashboard and taillights and has a twelve inch by twelve inch hole rusted where the bed meets the cab. This case remains under investigation (296).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

William Brian Reynolds, age 42, 1870 Germantown Road, Lower Salem, for domestic violence, a felony. Reynolds was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Dec 04 at 5:40 am.

David Clayton Satterfield, age 37, 1201 County House Lane Apt. C, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Satterfield was arrested at the intersection of Third and Green Streets in Marietta by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Dec 04 at 11:10 am.

Krystal Michele Lincoln, age 40, 729 Ninth Street, Marietta, for two misdemeanor counts of contempt of a court order. Lincoln was arrested at her residence by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Dec 04 at 8:00 pm.
