On 29 Nov 04 an employee of Marathon #275,
15 Arrowhead Road, Little Hocking, reported at 11:55 that morning
the operator of a white sport utility vehicle drove off without
paying for $20.91 in gasoline. This case remains under investigation
(1071).
On 29 Nov 04 Jacob E. Friend, age 38, 1995
Sandhill Road, Marietta, reported a DVD on loan from his niece
was stolen from atop his television entertainment center between
6:30 pm Monday and 6 pm Tuesday. This case remains under investigation
(695).
On 29 Nov 04 Deputy Sheriff Coppernoll responded
to a report from an individual stating his twenty-six year
old friend attempted to harm himself. The twenty-six year old
later admitted he accidentally overdosed on a combination of
marijuana and cocaine.
On 29 Nov 04 Pamela Carpenter, age 45, 389
Cedar Ridge Road, Lowell, reported during the month of August
an acquaintance may have stolen her ATM card and used it to
make numerous cash withdrawals. This case remains under investigation
(500).
On 29 Nov 04 a sixty year old Waterford resident
reported her sixteen year old daughter left their residence
without permission the previous evening and has yet to return.
After assisting the juvenile’s father in picking up his
vehicle in Belpre, the juvenile and her friend, Stephanie R.
Jalbert, age 19, 540 College Parkway Apt. 104, Parkersburg,
eluded the father in heavy traffic and absconded to an unknown
location. In consequence to her role in the juvenile’s
departure, Deputy Sheriff Gherke requested a summons for Ms.
Jalbert for contributing to the unruliness of a juvenile.

Office received the following warrants:
Robert D. Dalrymple, age 27, Route 3 Box 2083,
New Matamoras, for violating the terms of his probation by
failing to appear for a scheduled appointment.
Jeffrey W. Hunn, age 18, 122 Harmar Street, Marietta, for
contempt for acting in disobedience of a court order on 1 Sep
04.
Curt Hendershot, age 33, 2030 Armstrong Ridge Road, New Matamoras,
for contempt for failing to appear at a second court ordered
hearing on an order to show cause on 8 Nov 04, having failed
to appear previously.
Gary M. Wright, age 25, 4512 State Route 126, McConnelsville,
for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing
on an order to show cause on 8 Nov 04.
The following
individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Roy Allen Hagerman, age 46, 3549 Terrance
Drive, Toledo, OH, for nonsupport of dependants, a felony.
Hagerman was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29
Nov 04 at 12:25 pm.
Naomi Jean Mayle, age 38, 8959 State Route 37 West, Malta,
OH, for possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Mayle
was picked up at the Southeastern Regional Jail in Charleston
by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 29 Nov 04 at 1:45 pm.
Richard Lloyd Anderson, age 25, an inmate of the Noble County
Correctional Facility, for trafficking in drugs, a felony.
Anderson was picked up in Noble County by Deputy Sheriff Underwood
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Nov 04
at 3:53 pm.
Timothy James Weston, age 20, 1317 Bison Avenue, Massillon,
OH, for driving under an FRA suspended license and for speeding,
both misdemeanors. Weston was arrested near mile post thirteen
on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 29 Nov 04 at 4:12 pm.
James Joseph O’Connell, age 47, 1110 Phillips Street
Apt. 1, Marietta, for violating the terms of hisd probation,
a felony. O’Connell was arrested at the office of Probation
Officer Smith and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 29 Nov 04 at 5:35 pm.
Leroy Junior Clark, age 29, 4325 Brandonberry Road, Coolville,
for two misdemeanor counts of assault. Clark was arrested at
Marietta Memorial Hospital by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 29 Nov 04 at 7:25 pm.
