On 28 Nov 04 Jodie Boley, age 23, 1203 Williamson
Avenue, New Matamoras, reported the word “scab” was
spray painted on the side of Video Works at 600 Second Avenue
in New Matamoras. This case remains under investigation (500).
On 28 Nov 04 Chereese N. Rowland, age 45,
20 Tucker Road, Lowell, reported she has not seen or her from
her twenty-three year old daughter, Heather D. Sloan, since
Friday morning. Ms. Rowland is concerned of her daughter’s
whereabouts due to the fact that her two year old granddaughter
requires special care. This case remains under investigation
(200).
On 28 Nov 04 Tara Zimmer, age 22, 1618 Stanleyville
Road, Whipple, reported between noon Saturday and 7 pm Sunday
an unknown suspect(s) broke into three vehicles on her property
and stole fifteen to twenty CD’S and a BP gas card. This
case remains under investigation (200).
On 28 Nov 04 Deputy Sheriff Mankins initiated
a traffic stop on State Route 7 near county Road 20 after
observing a vehicle travel left of the roadway’s centerline.
The driver, Tracy L. Hanes, age 34, 32 Turkey Knob Road, Newport,
slurred her speech as she answered questions and had an odor
of alcohol about her person. Ms. Hanes performed poorly on
subsequent field sobriety tests, was arrested for OVI and
transported
to the Washington County Jail.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Brad Lewis Parsons, age 22, 11 Goose Run Road,
Marietta, for OVI, for failure to appear at a court ordered
hearing on unpaid fines, for having faulty equipment lights,
for driving under an FRA suspended license, for not wearing
a seat belt and for being a repeat traffic offender, all misdemeanors.
Parsons was arrested on Seventh Street in Marietta by the Ohio
State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 28 Nov 04 at 2:15 am.
Tracy Lynn Hanes, age 34, 32 Turkey Knob Road, Newport, for
OVI and for driving left of center, both misdemeanors. Hanes
was arrested near County Road 20 by Deputy Sheriff Mankins
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 04
at 3:10 am.
James Patrick Croxton, age 23, 1139 Welch Road, Cutler, for
failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines,
a misdemeanor. Croxton was arrested on Washington Boulevard
in Belpre by Deputy Sheriff Gherke and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 28 Nov 04 at 6:07 pm.
