On 27 Nov 04 Jessie J. Bell, age 23, 4220
Federal Road, Little Hocking, reported following a brief confrontation
with an acquaintance, he witnessed the acquaintance breaking
the driver’s side window of his Mitsubishi Mirage. This
case remains under investigation (1203).
On 27 Nov 04 Deputy Sheriff Mankins initiated
a traffic stop on Masonic Park Road near Keeler Drive after
observing a vehicle travel left of the roadway’s centerline.
The driver, Misty S. Perry, age 20, 1464 Calder Ridge Road,
Belpre, was giddy when questioned and had an odor of alcohol,
as did her passenger Sean D. Wainwright, age 19, 435 Main Street,
Waterford. Ms. Perry performed poorly on subsequent field sobriety
tests and arrested for OVI and underage consumption of alcohol.
Mr. Wainwright was arrested for underage consumption of alcohol
and along with Ms. Perry, transported to the Washington County
Jail.
On 27 Nov 04 Sgt. Hiatt and Deputy Sheriff
Gherke responded to a report of a domestic dispute at 501 Main
Street, Waterford. Serina Shilling, age 34, elaborated that
her live-in boyfriend William E. O’Brien, age 40, was
criticizing her over the way she raised her children and shortly
thereafter he threatened to throw her through a window and
kill her. Determining Ms. Shilling was in fear for her safety,
Deputy Gherke arrested Mr. O’Brien for domestic violence
and transported him to the Washington County Jail.
On 27 Nov 04 Robert Cummins, age 70, 10646
Highway 2315, Brundidge, AL, reported sometime since the first
of the year, an unknown suspects(s) broke into his cabin at
554 ½ Sand Ridge Road, Waterford, and stole a plentitude
of antiques including antique glass milk bottles, six rifles,
a collectible rifle, two air pistols and two Tiffany lamps.
This case remains under investigation (501).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
John George Comsa III, age 50, Marietta, for
a felony charge of vandalism and misdemeanor charges of failure
to reinstate his operator’s license, failure to yield,
failure to register and for resisting arrest. Comsa was arrested
at the Duke and Duchess in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of
the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 27 Nov 04 at 12:25 am.
Misty Sue Perry, age 20 1464 Calder Ridge Road, Belpre, for
OVI and for driving left of center, both misdemeanors. Perry
was arrested on Masonic Park Road in Devola by Deputy Sheriff
Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27
Nov 04 at 1:25 am.
Sean Douglas Wainwright, age 19, 435 Main Street, Waterford,
for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Wainwright
was arrested on Masonic Park Road in Devola by Deputy Sheriff
Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27
Nov 04 at 1:25 am.
Amanda Faith Atkinson, age 28, 1915 19th Street Apt. 2, Parkersburg,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Atkinson was arrested by the Ohio State
Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 27 Nov 04 at 6:08 pm.
William Eugene O’Brien, age 40, 501 Main Street, Waterford,
for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. O’Brien was arrested
at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Gherke and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 27 Nov 04 at 9:15 pm.
