On 23 Nov 04 Lt. Wilson issued citations
to:
Anthony J. Schilero, age 49, 11969 Waywood
Drive, Twinsburg, OH, for traveling 72 mph in a 55 mph zone.
Lt. Wilson stopped Mr. Schilero on State Route 7 near Lockhart
Street in Belpre Township.
Katie L. Roller, age 18, 4736 Dian Drive, Ashtabula, OH, for traveling 73
mph in a 55 mph zone. Lt. Wilson stopped Ms. Roller on State Route 7 near
County Road 51 in Belpre Township.
Sara K. Bigam, age 20, 2585 Woodward Road, Cuyahoga Falls,
OH, for traveling 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. Lt. Wilson stopped
Ms. Bigam on State Route 7 near County Road 10 in Warren
Township.
On 23 Nov 04 the mother of a fifteen year
old Warren High School student reported the school phoned
her to say her daughter left school grounds without permission.
Deputy Sheriff Malone later determined the juvenile signed
herself out of school to appear for a dental appointment.
On 23 Nov 04 a teacher at Warren High School
reported between 18 and 23 Nov 04, over one hundred and fifty
dollars was stolen from inside her desk at the school. This
case remains under investigation (586).

Office received the following warrants:
Robert J. Brotton, age 37, 24111 State Route
564, Caldwell, for contempt for failing to appear at a court
ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $725.01.
Jacquelyn M. Crockett, age 48, Route 6 Box 241, Marietta,
for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines in the sum of $65.
Robert A. Dobbins, age 39, Route 1 Box 150C, Waterford, for
contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on
unpaid fines in the sum of $123.50.
Derek M. Fortney, age 22, 2208 State Route 339, Belpre, for
contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on
unpaid fines in the sum of $133.90.
Brian G. Kesling, age 26, Route 4 Box 605, Buckhannon, WV,
for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines in the sum of $396.50.
John H. Mundt, age 26, 260 Liberty UB Church Road, Wingett
Run, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered
hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $791.70.
Megan E. Robinson, age 25, 115 James Lane, Vincent, for contempt
for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines in the sum of $137.80.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Justin Allen Tucker, age 22, 112 Maple Street
Apt. 2, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered
hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Tucker was arrested
at the Marietta City Police Department by Patrolman Newell
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Nov 04
at 1:55 pm.
Jack Russell Wheeler Jr., age 35, 2810 Frame
Drive, Belpre, for two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide
and one count
of aggravated vehicular assault, all felonies. Wheeler was
arrested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol at the State Patrol
Post and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Nov
04 at 3:25 pm.
Dana Britton Curry, age 32, 114 Elmwood Avenue,
Marietta, a fugitive from justice, a felony. Curry was arrested
at Colonial
Terrace Apartments by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 23 Nov 04 at 6:28 pm.
