On 20 Nov 04 Deputy Sheriffs Malone and Evans
were dispatched to the scene of a fracas at 118 Pineview Drive,
Marietta. Through interviews conducted with the home’s
residents, the Deputies learned Ashley N. Cron, age 28, and
her father’s live-in girlfriend Tammy Bradley, age 37,
began arguing for an unknown reason and eventually escalated
to physical violence. Faulting both parties, the Deputies issued
misdemeanor citations to both women for disorderly conduct
by fighting.
On 20 Nov 04 Deputy Sheriff Gherke issued
a citation to Chad D. Barth, age 35, 3370 Warren Chapel Road,
Marietta, for failure to register. Deputy Gherke stopped Mr.
Barth on State Route 7 near Bramblewood Heights Road in Muskingum
Township.
On 20 Oct 04 an anonymous caller advising
of a loud party precipitated the arrival of Deputy Sheriff
Rhodes at 27260 State Route 7, Marietta. While at the residence
Deputy Rhodes interviewed Christopher O. Northrop, age 20,
1016 Hillcrest Circle, St Marys, admitted consuming alcohol
and that he was under twenty-one years of age. As a result,
Deputy Rhodes arrested Mr. Northrop for underage consumption
of alcohol and transported him to the Washington County Jail
where he was given the option to post bond.
On 20 Nov 04 Deputy Sheriff Gherke responded
to the home of a domestic dispute at 150 Camelot Road Lot 34,
Belpre. Glenna A. Blair, age 24, stated when she returned home
from a drinking establishment an argument with her housemate
and ex-husband, Gregory A. Duty, age 28, ensued. Mr. Duty began
packing his belongings and after Ms. Blair kicked a toolbox,
Mr. Duty slapped her and pushed her against the wall. Confirming
the chain of events with witnesses, Deputy Gherke arrested
Mr. Duty for domestic violence and transported him to the Washington
County Jail.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Christopher O. Northrop, age 20, 1016 Hillcrest
Drive, St Marys, for the underage consumption of alcohol, a
misdemeanor. Northrop was arrested in Reno by Deputy Sheriff
Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20
Nov 04 at 3:06 am.
Gregory Allen Duty, age 28, 150 Camelot Road Lot 34, Belpre,
for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Duty was arrested at
his residence by Deputy Sheriff Eddy and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 20 Nov 04 at 5:15 am.
Larry Dale Haught Jr., age 24, 522 Phillips
Street, Marietta, for obstructing official business and for
disorderly conduct
by intoxication, both misdemeanors. Haught was arrested at
his residence by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
20 Nov 04 at 5:15 am.
John Aaron Givens, age 23, 100 Linwood Avenue Lot B, Marietta,
for a felony charge of violating the terms of his parole and
for a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear at a court ordered
hearing on unpaid fines. Givens was arrested on Peat Baker
Hill by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 20 Nov 04 at 11:10 am.
William Steven Reed, age 49, Civitan Trailer
Park, Marietta, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Reed
was arrested on
Pearl Street in Marietta by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 20 Nov 04 at 10:50 pm.
