On 11 Nov 04 Thomas McKenzie, age 25, 2901 Barth Road, Belpre, reported between 9:30 am and 3 pm that day, his self-climbing tree stand was stolen from a tree one hundred yards from his property. This case remains under investigation (1090).

On 11 Nov 04 an employee of White Oak Pharmacy, 8465 State Route 339, Barlow, reported reviewing a security video in which he witnessed an unknown suspect use a key to open an outside soda machine and remove the money from inside. This case remains under investigation (1203).

On 11 Nov 04 Jerry A. Biehl, age 47, 227 Alden Avenue, Marietta, reported between 6 pm Wednesday night and 6:30 am Thursday morning, a black soft leather briefcase and its contents were stolen from inside his Jeep Cherokee parked outside his residence. This case remains under investigation (1184).

On 11 Nov 04 a forty year old Brant Drive resident reported witnessing a mother verbally abusing her eight year old daughter. Deputy Sheriff Spencer referred this case to Children’s Services for further investigation.

On 11 Nov 04 Myra J. Harris, age 47, 958 Cedar Ridge, Lowell, reported while she was away from her residence between Tuesday and Wednesday, she believes her estranged husband entered her home and removed a television, a DVD player and a drill. This case remains under investigation (200).

On 11 Nov 04 a forty-four year old Vincent resident reported he was fed up with his seventeen year old daughter and kicked her out of his residence following an argument. He later located the juvenile, returned her to her custodial mother and desired not to pursue charges (586).

On 11 Nov 04 an employee of the Alibi Carryout, 11911 State Route 339, Vincent, reported an unknown suspect(s) did donuts in the driveway of the business, throwing rocks and breaking windows in the process. This case remains under investigation (1091).

On 11 Nov 04 Daniel W. Cole, age 79, 494 Chamberlain Drive, Marietta, reported during the month of August he was swindled out of over $15,000 by a sweepstakes scam. This case remains under investigation (1091).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Frederick G. McKitrick, age 22, 403 Maple Street, Marietta, for driving under an OVI suspended license and for not wearing a seat belt on 12 May 04, for possession of drug paraphernalia and for driving under an FRA suspended license on 5 May 04, and for driving under an FRA suspended license on 9 Jul 04.

Patrick E. North, age 43, 8920 Old Grade Road, Chesterhill, for OVI and for possession of drug paraphernalia on 9 Apr 04.

Matt Z. Smith, age 18, 322 34th Street, Belaire, OH, for disorderly conduct by fighting on 15 Oct 04.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Steven Kingsley Crowe, age 34, 709 Quarry Street, Marietta, for nonsupport of dependants, a felony. Crowe was arrested at Jackson Park in Marietta by Patrolman Titus of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Nov 04 at 1:00 am.

Kelly Lynn Johnson, age 19, 410 Fearing Street, Marietta, for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Johnson was arrested at Jackson Park in Marietta by Patrolman Titus of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Nov 04 at 1:00 am.

Joseph Hai Bui, age 26, 835 Higbee Drive South, Columbus, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Bui was arrested at Colonial Terrace in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Nov 04 at 11:20 pm.
