the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Charles E. Grodhaus, age 25, 530 ½ High Street, Macksburg, for failing to appear to serve three days in jail on 29 Oct 04.

Gene A. Perine, age 41, 1335 Cats Creek Road, Lowell, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 25 Oct 04.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Matthew Kevin Burke, age 33, 1416 Hocking Road, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Burke was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Ketelsen and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Nov 04 at 9:40 am.

Dustin Blake Lolley, age 18, 740 Greene Street, Newport, for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Lolley was arrested at the Court House by Detective Jenkins of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Nov 04 at 10:00 am.

Kenneth Burk Echard, age 21, 318 Main Street, Lowell, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Echard was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Nov 04 at 1:55 pm.
