On 8 Nov 04 Mark Quattlebaum, age 42, 318
Main Street, New Matamoras, reported after repeatedly ordering
Michael D. Slonaker, age 20, 502 ½ Broadway Avenue,
New Matamoras, not to enter his property, he videotaped Mr.
Slonaker riding his motorcycle and causing damage to his property.
After reviewing the evidence Deputy Sheriff Evans requested
summonses for Mr. Slonaker for criminal trespassing and criminal
damaging.
On 8 Nov 04 Sgt. Hiatt was dispatched to the
House of Hope at 750 County House Lane in Marietta in response
to a female resident acting in a disorderly manner. One of
the home’s residents reported Rebecca L. Cooper, age
33, 313 Green Street, Marietta, was upset, swearing and kicking
a door in an attempt to instigate a fight. Ms. Cooper’s
fulmination continued after Sgt. Hiatt requested her to cease
and desist and as a result, arrested her for disorderly conduct
and transported her to the Washington County Jail.
On 8 Nov 04 Holly L. LaDeaux, age 36, 1230
Warren Chapel Road, Fleming, reported her sixteen year old
foster son left Warren High School without permission and she
has not seen or heard from him since. This case remains under
investigation (232).
On 8 Nov 04 Deputy Sheriff Norman responded
to a report of the death of an eightty-three year
old Reno resident. The death appears to be due to natural causes,
no
foul play
is suspected.
On 8 Nov 04 an employee of the Whipple Post
Office, 115 Palmer Street, Whipple, reported three collectible
dolls were stolen from an unlocked display case at some point
over the weekend. This case remains under investigation (684).
After 5:15 yesterday morning Doras M. Holland,
age 72, 965 Wilson Run Road, New Matamoras, reported two males
approached his home asking to use the phone. Mr. Holland granted
one male permission to enter but the other male forced his
way inside and while purporting to have a gun, demanded money.
Mr. Holland gave them his money, the two ripped the phone receiver
off the phone and usurped Mr. Holland’s truck keys before
they fled on foot. This incident remains under investigation
(200, 592, 1082, 953, 698, 1190).
On 8 Nov 04 Deputy Sheriff Evans issued a
citation to Julie A. Loyke, age 41, 31590 Birch Circle, Solon,
OH, for traveling 70 mph in a 50 mph zone. Deputy Evans stopped
Ms. Loyke on State Route 7 near Braun Road in Belpre Township.
On 8 Nov 04 Deputy Sheriff Evans issued a
citation to Lynn A. Corson, age 20, 215 Senlac Hills Drive,
Chagrin Falls, OH, for traveling 74 mph in a 50 mph zone. Deputy
Evans stopped Ms. Corson on State Route 7 near Farson Street
in Belpre Township.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jeffrey Alan Null, age 25, 609 Elm Street,
Belpre, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Null was arrested
on Hill Street by Patrolman Jobes of the Belpre City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
8 Nov 04 at 12:15 am.
Rebecca Lynn Cooper, age 33, 313 Green Street
Apt. 2, Marietta, for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Cooper
was arrested on County House Lane by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 8 Nov 04 at 12:05 pm.
Dennis Ray Oakley, age 24, 424 Third Street
Apt. 4, Marietta, for failing to appear at a court ordered
hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Oakley was arrested at his residence
by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Nov 04 at
4:35 pm.
Timothy Brian Russell, age 26, Lang Farm Road,
Marietta, for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines,
a misdemeanor. Russell turned himself in to Patrolman Chapman
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 8 Nov 04 at 9:15 pm.
Evelyn Helen Sacks, age 35, 522 Phillips Street,
Marietta, for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid
fines and for violating the terms of her probation, both misdemeanors.
Sacks was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Chapman of
the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 8 Nov 04 at 10:00 pm.
