On 27 Oct 04 Deputy Sheriffs Malone and Stackpole were dispatched to 25 Watertown Road, Watertown, in response to a domestic dispute. Stephen Parish, age 37, stated his live-in girlfriend Nicole Reed, age 27, became angry during a disagreement and proceeded to slap, kick and pour two beers on his head. Mr. Parish then left the residence and was struck in the head with a beer bottle thrown by Ms. Reed. Based on their investigation Deputy Malone arrested Ms. Reed for domestic violence and transported her to the Washington County Jail.

On 27 Oct 04 a bus driver for the Marietta City School District reported when he stopped near 1800 Masonic Park Road to allow a student to disembark, a red Ford Thunderbird passed the bus while the red stop lights were flashing. This incident remains under investigation (500).

On 27 Oct 04 an employee of Midway Inc., 1060 Gravel Bank Road, Marietta, reported when he arrived at work that morning his key would not work and he observed pry marks on the door and jam where an intruder attempted unsuccessfully to gain entry. This case remains under investigation (684).

Rhonda M. Britton, age 29, 820 Monroe Avenue, Lancaster, OH, for an act of domestic violence committed on 24 Oct 04.

Robert Bush, 600 Main Street Apt. D, Waterford, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $203.45.

Robert E. Carpenter, age 30, 2020 Bear Run Road, Reno, for failing to appear to serve seven days in jail on 4 Oct 04.

Roland S. Foss, age 33, State Route 266, Waterford, for breach of recognizance for failing to appear for arraignment on 4 Oct 04 and for OVI, driving under a suspended license, for driving outside the marked lanes of travel and for not wearing a seat belt on 26 Sep 04.

Bryar D. Gill, age 19, 55 Ullman Drive, Beverly, for violating the terms of her probation by failing to maintain contact with the probation department, for failing to show proof of completing forty hours of supervised community service and for failing to make regular fine payments as ordered by the court.

Pamela Marie Hanson, age 44, Aqua Isle Trailer Park Lot 37, Parkersburg, for violating the terms of her probation by failing to maintain contact with the probation department, for failing to show proof of completing twenty-four hours of supervised community service and for failing to make regular fine payments as ordered by the court.

Lloyd E. Lauderman, age 50, 6611 Pleasant Ridge, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to show proof of completion of an assessment and/or WCRA counseling, for failing to maintain contact with the probation department and for failing to make regular fine payments as ordered by the court.

David Long, age 28, 205 Fourth Street, Beverly, for disorderly conduct on 9 Oct 04.

Monica L. Moening, age 20, 638 Fourth Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation by failing to show proof of obtaining a valid operator’s license by 2 Aug 04 or to appear to serve three days in jail on 2 Aug 04.

Mark I. Richards, age 21, 130 Franklin Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to maintain contact with the probation department and for failing to show proof of completing forty hours of supervised community service as ordered by the court.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Charles Ely Henderson, age 22, 832 Emerson Street, Fairmont, WV, for .17 breath OVI, driving under a suspended license and for driving left of center, all misdemeanors. Henderson was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Oct 04 at 1:45 am.

Robert Edward Carpenter, age 30, 2665 Mill Fork Road, Marietta, for a felony charge of breaking and entering and misdemeanor charges of theft, driving under a suspended license and for violating the terms of his probation. Carpenter was arrested at his residence by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Oct 04 at 10:45 am.

Celena Anne Hardie, age 24, 2665 Mill Fork Road, Marietta, for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Hardie was arrested at her residence by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Oct 04 at 10:45 am.

Nicole Marie Reed, age 27, 25 Watertown Road, Watertown, for domestic violence a misdemeanor. Reed was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Malone and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Oct 04 at 5:40 pm.
