On 16 Oct 04 a Belpre Township Trustee reported the green street signs for Terri Lane and Baker Road were stolen between 4:30 and 5 pm that afternoon. This case remains under investigation (107).

On 16 Oct 04 Maurina A. Judson, age 36, 9075 State route 339, Chesterhill, reported her 1995 GMC Yukon was stolen from the corner of Bartlett Road and State Route 550 between 5 am and 7 pm that day. This case remains under investigation (1203).

On 16 Oct 04 Marie S. Graham, age 59, 1175 Joe Skinner Road, Belpre, reported when she returned home from work after 7 pm in the evening, she noticed a johnboat she stored near the carport had been pushed over and damaged the convertible top of her Mazda Miata. This case remains under investigation (1203).

The following individual WAS processed into the Washington County Jail:

John Eugene Anderson, age 23, 760 Green Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Anderson was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Oct 04 at 10:10 pm.
