On 14 Oct 04 a twenty-three year old Lowell resident reported an acquaintance continues to telephone him after being repeatedly asked not to do so. This case remains under investigation (586).

On 14 Oct 04 Deputy Sheriff Spencer began an investigation into a domestic dispute between a sixteen year old Belpre resident and his forty-six year old uncle.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Brandon Lee Hoffert, age 19, 161 Wells Avenue, Marietta, for a felony charge of violating the terms of his probation and for a misdemeanor charge of failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines. Hoffert was picked up at the Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Oct 04 at 10:50 am.

Joshua Scott Gibson, age 20, 109 Washington Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Gibson was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Oct 04 at 11:20 am.

Michael Larry Watkins II, age 35, 156 Turkey Hollow Road, Cutler, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Watkins was picked up at SEPH by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Oct 04 at 1:30 pm.

Gregory James Michael, age 25, 114 Oakview Drive Apt. 10, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Michael was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Oct 04 at 4:25 pm.

Terry Lee Hagan, age 41, 3112 96th Street, Cleveland, for possession of drugs, a felony. Hagan was picked up at the Flatwoods, WV Jail by Deputy Sheriff Doak and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Oct 04 at 7:20 pm.
