On 11 Oct 04 the mayor of Macksburg reported
between 27 Sep and 11 Oct, an unknown suspect(s) entered the
Village Hall on School Street in Macksburg and stole a number
of police collectibles, a police jacket and two confiscated
revolvers. This case remains under investigation (792).
On 11 Oct 04 Lewis W. Bell, age 51, 2500 Robert
Kelly Road, Cutler, reported last Thursday morning his Mercury
Cougar was hit with five rocks in the windshield. The following
Sunday evening he discovered further damage caused by rocks
to the passenger side window and several dents in the door
frame. This case remains under investigation (1071).
On 11 Oct 04 Jennifer Morris, age 20, 340
Dana’s Run Road, Newport, reported between 11 pm Sunday
night and 6 am Monday morning an unknown suspect entered her
vehicle and stole purses belonging to her and her roommate
which contained credit cards, a cellular phone, a large sum
of cash and articles of jewelry as well as a radar detector,
a watch and a binder. This case remains under investigation
(500).
On 11 Oct 04 the father of a sixteen year
old Warren High School student reported his ex-wife will not
allow their daughter to return to his court designated custody.
This case remains under investigation (684).
On 11 Oct 04 Adam Martin, age 20, 3803 Buchanan
Road, Waterford, reported while parked at Waterford Elementary
School, the side of his truck was scratched by a key between
7:30 and 9:30 Monday night. This case remains under investigation
(684).

were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Timothy Wayne Snyder, age 23, 3543 Tick Ridge
Road, Vincent, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Snyder
was arrested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 11 Oct 04 at 2:10 pm.
Aaron Kyle Boothby, age 22, 15768 State Route
550, Fleming, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor.
Boothby
was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Perry and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 11 Oct 04 at 9:40 am.
