On 9 Oct 04 Bonnum Curry, age 71, 805 Curry
Road, Watertown, reported he and five other individuals in
the Watertown area were cheated out of several thousand dollars
by a disreputable logging company in the Watertown area. This
case remains under investigation (1203).
On 9 Oct 04 Deputy Sheriff Stackpole was dispatched
to the scene of a domestic dispute at the home of Michael Pack,
age 44, 225 Brackenridge Road, Vincent. Mr. Pack stated his
wife Donna, age 44, became angry during a discussion of personal
issues and struck him in the face. Mr. Pack attempted to restrain
his wife but she continued to scratch him and kick him in the
groin. As a result of her actions, Deputy Stackpole arrested
Mrs. Pack for domestic violence and transported her to the
Washington County Jail.
On 9 Oct 04 John W. Miracle, age 42, 1620
Muskingum River Road, Marietta, reported his ex-wife has allegedly
entered his property on several occasions after being asked
not to do so. This case remains under investigation (200).
On 9 Oct 04 Crystal Seevers, age 20, 38215
State Route 7, Newport, reported an acquaintance allegedly
entered her home earlier that afternoon and stole two televisions,
assorted CD’S, an Xbox and a hundred and fifty dollars
in cash. This case remains under investigation (1184).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Charles Edward Haught III, age 20, 126 Franklin
Street, Marietta, for assault, a misdemeanor. Haught was arrested
on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 9 Oct 04 at 2:50 am.
Donna Jean Pack, age 44, 225 Brackenridge Road, Vincent, for
domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Pack was arrested at her
residence by Deputy Sheriff Stackpole and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 9 Oct 04 at 5:45 am.
Andrew Charles Leonard, age 33, 445 Lakeview Drive, Vincent,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Leonard was arrested at his residence
by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 9 Oct 04 at 3:30 pm.
Jason James Corp, age 31, 20 Hopman Road, Whipple, for failure
to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor.
Corp was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Norman
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Oct 04 at
3:45 pm.
