On 29 Sep 04 Brandy Riddle, age 23, 189 ½ Fourth
Street, Lowell, called the Sheriff’s Office to report
her husband Cheyenne, age 24, was intoxicated and prepared
to leave the residence driving a vehicle. Deputy Sheriff Mankins
responded to the scene to find Mr. Riddle sitting on the bed
in a bedroom. A computer check returned an active protection
order brought by Mrs. Riddle forbidding Mr. Riddle to be in
the residence or have contact with his wife despite the fact
she stated she was not in fear of her husband. As a result
Deputy Mankins arrested Mr. Riddle for violating a court ordered
protection order and transported him to the Washington County
Jail where he was given the option to post a cash bond.
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrant:
Brandon L. Hoffert, age 19, 161 Wells Avenue,
Marietta, for violating the terms of his community control
on a charge of breaking and entering.
Michael W. Berkley, 17189 Old Lincoln Way,
Dalton, OH, for fishing without a license on 4 Sep 04.
Jimmy C. Chapman, age 53, 4655 Winifred Street, Wayne, MI,
for driving under a suspended license and for speeding on 7
Sep 04.
Jonathon W. Hall, age 19, 128 Lennox NW, Massillon, OH, for
fishing without a license on 4 Sep 04.
Stephen T. Hupp, age 34, 108 Seneca Drive, Marietta, for failing
to appear to serve eight days in jail on 21 Sep 04.
Amanda M. Wilson, age 31, 8320 Ford Road, Norwood, NC, for
breach of recognizance for failing to appear in court on 1
May 02.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Nathan Earl Valmore, age 32, 8112 Township
Road 43, Degraff, OH, for driving under an FRA suspended license
and for not wearing a seat belt, both misdemeanors. Valmore
was arrested near milepost two on Interstate 77 by the Ohio
State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 29 Sep 04 at 5:00 am.
Curtis Tyrone Townes, age 41, 1842 Hampstead
Drive, Columbus, for operating without a license and for failure
to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, both
misdemeanors. Townes was picked up at the Southeastern Regional
Jail in Charleston by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 29 Sep 04 at 12:15 pm.
Mitchell Jay Potts, age 28, 135 Groves Avenue, Marietta, for
a shock probation hearing. Potts was picked up at the Noble
County Correctional Facility in Caldwell by Deputy Sheriff
O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 29 Sep 04 at 2:20 pm.
Cheyenne Eugene Riddle, age 24, 189 Fourth Street, Lowell,
for violating a court ordered protection order, a misdemeanor.
Riddle was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Mankins
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Sep 04
at 10:25 pm.
