On 21 Sep 04 Jessica Malone, age 22, 40 Hazelwood
Drive, Reno, reported subsequent to arranging to pick up her
twenty-one year old sister at Par Mar on State Route 676, she
has not seen or heard from her sister since. This case remains
under investigation (684).
On 21 Sep 04 an employee of House of Hope,
750 County House Lane, Marietta, reported a deep freeze was
stolen from the porch of the property between the afternoon
of 16 Sep and the morning of 21 Sep. This case remains under
investigation (1190).
On 21 Sep 04 a twenty-three year old Little
Hocking resident reported she has been receiving harassing
phone calls from an unknown suspect for approximately one week.
This case remains under investigation (232).
On 21 Sep 04 Detective Warden began an investigation
into the theft of two diamond rings burglarized from the home
of Patty Renner, age 54, 113 Fair Avenue, Beverly. Mrs. Renner
believes the theft took place at some point since the first
of June this year.
On 21 Sep 04 an employee of Encore Video,
18200 State Route 60, Beverly, reported a customer rented two
videos on 17 Aug and has yet to return the items. The customer
returned one video and made arrangements with the store to
replace the other lost video (387).
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrant:
William L. Schofield, age 23, 2837 Blennerhassett
Avenue Lot 31, Belpre, for failing to appear to serve five
days in jail on 15 Sep 04, having been found in contempt of
an administrative child support order.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Peter Paul Sbrockey, age 41, PO Box 6128,
Wheeling, WV, for aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor. Sbrockey
was arrested at in Macksburg by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 21 Sep 04 at 3:50 am.
Catherine W. Morris, age 38, 312 ½ Sixth Street, Marietta,
for .17 breath OVI, a misdemeanor. Morris was arrested on Virginia
Street in Marietta by Patrolman Sury of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
21 Sep 04 at 5:00 am.
Jason Lee Bartimus, age 28, 18 ½ Staunton
Avenue, Parkersburg, for violating the terms of his probation,
a misdemeanor. Bartimus was arrested in Marietta Municipal
Court by Probation Officer Ferrell and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 21 Sep 04 at 4:00 pm.
