On 19 Sep 04 Betty Watson, age 47, 927 McDonald Road, Vincent, reported for the third time, an adjoining neighbor’s horses were outside their fence and on her property. This case remains under investigation (1090).

On 19 Sep 04 Deputy Sheriff Gherke responded to the home of a forty-five year old Belpre man whose wife reported he intentionally ingested an overdose of Xanax and Vasotek. The individual was transported to Camden Clark Memorial Hospital for treatment and evaluation.

The following individual wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:

Joshua Ryan Mulligan, age 19, 307 Florence Street, Belpre, for driving outside the marked lanes of travel and for following too closely. Mulligan was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Ritchie of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Sep 04 at 2:45 pm.
