On 17 Sep 04 an employee of the Washington
County Juvenile Center reported as she was escorting a juvenile
to a doctor’s appointment at Marietta Memorial Hospital
the juvenile fled the hospital grounds on foot. The escapee
is 5’ 6”, 197 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes
and was last seen wearing an orange jumpsuit with a navy blue
sweatshirt. This case remains under investigation (792).
On 17 Sep 04 Deputy Sheriff Willson responded
to the report of a 2002 Ford truck found burnt on Kerr Hollow
Road. Through further investigation Deputy Willson learned
the vehicle was the property of SNR Transport in Killbuck,
OH, and reported as stolen. This case remains under investigation.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Gregory James Moore, age 51, 7741 Dayton Liberty
Road, Dayton, for OVI, driving under an FRA suspended license
and for driving outside the marked lanes of travel, all misdemeanors.
Moore was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17
Sep 04 at 1:00 am.
Jeffry Ryan Voycik, age 21, 1680 Glendale
Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a
misdemeanor. Voycik was picked up at Septa in Nelsonville by
Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 17 Sep 04 at 11:05 am.
Andrew Michael Russell, age 18, Marietta, for violating the
terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Russell was arrested
at Marietta High School by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 17 Sep 04 at 2:15 pm.
Jonas Wyatt Miller, age 21, 207 Aurora Street, Marietta, for
felonious assault and a felony charge of burglary. Miller was
picked up at the North Central Regional Jail in Charleston
by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 17 Sep 04 at 3:35 pm.
Adam Dale Mason, age 20, 2100 Hill Street Apt. G, Belpre,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Mason
turned himself in to Detective Sirianni of the Washington County
Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 17 Sep 04 at 10:36 pm.
Leah Michelle Tolle, age 22, 648 Phillips Street, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Tolle was arrested at the Locker Room
in Marietta by Patrolman Sury of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Sep 04
at 2:15 pm.
