On 16 Sep 04 Karen I. Styer, age 42, 27486
State Route 7, Marietta, reported on a number of separate occasions
beginning on 19 Aug, she and her family returned home to find
either an unknown suspect in their home or property missing.
The missing items include an Xbox, a Gameboy, an Apex DVD player,
a hydraulic jack and a JVC stereo system. This case remains
under investigation (232).
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
James D. Ramsey, age 41, 300 Starlight Drive
Box 23, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court
ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,465.10.
Shuntell D. Alexander, age 20, 5127 Fairway Lakes, Westerville,
OH, for violating the terms of her probation by failing to
provide proof of completing counseling or to appear to serve
thirty days in jail on 12 Aug 04.
Tammy G. Sturm, age 35, 37321 State Route 145, Lower Salem,
for violating the terms of her probation by failing to report
for a scheduled meeting and for not enrolling in the Driver’s
Intervention Program.
Linda E. Leasure, age 21, Route 3 Box 877,
New Matamoras, for violating the terms of her probation by
failing to appear for a scheduled meeting on 2 Sep 04.
Sunni L. Pritchett, age 24, 4400 Zion Ridge Road, Marietta,
for failing to appear to serve one hundred and five days in
jail on 6 Sep 04.
Amanda D. Wharton, age 23, 205B Gibbons Street, Marietta,
for driving under a suspended license on 22 Jul 04.
Ashley D. Reed, age 20, 240 South Main Street Apt. C, Malta,
for failure to appear for a court ordered hearing on 15 Sep
04.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Stephan Ben McClellan, age 22, 1479 Detroit
Boulevard, Pensacola, FL, for disorderly conduct by intoxication,
a misdemeanor. McClellan was arrested on Third Street in Marietta
by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Sep 04
at 3:50 am.
Donald Arthur Edgar, age 50, Marietta, for
failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines,
a misdemeanor. Edgar was arrested on Carlton Drive in Newport
by Deputy Sheriff Norman and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 16 Sep 04 at 1:15 pm.
Barbara Lynn Carter, age 36, 201 Saratoga Road, Bellechasse,
LA, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Carter was arrested
at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 16 Sep 04 at 8:38 pm.
John Wayne Luke, age 43, 208 Market Street, Marietta, for
breach of recognizance, contempt, OVI and for failure to reinstate
his operator’s license, all misdemeanors. Luke was arrested
at his residence by Probation Officer Hamilton and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 16 Sep 04 at 8:45 pm.
Richard Dyle Bay, age 37, 301 Oakwood Avenue, Marietta, for
contempt of a court order and for OVI, both misdemeanors. Bay
was arrested at his residence by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 16 Sep 04 at 10:11 pm.
