On 11 Sep 04 Kerry J. Williamson, age 47,
26176 State Route 146, Summerfield, OH, reported her ex-husband,
despite being served with a no trespassing order the previous
day, appeared at his daughter’s wedding at the Marietta
Shrine Club at 249 Pennsylvania Avenue, Marietta. As a result
of further investigation, Deputy Sheriff Mankins requested
a summons for Jay Huffman, age 48, 51631 Moore Ridge Road,
Jerusalem, OH, for criminal trespassing.
On 11 Sep 04 Deputy Sheriff Evans issued citations
to Traylus B. White, age 21, 527 Mitchell Street, Beverly,
for driving left of center and for driving under a drug offense
suspended license. Deputy Evans stopped Mr. White at 16708
State Route 339 in Watertown Township.
On 11 Sep 04 Virgil Evans, 16085 State Route
821, Macksburg, reported upon returning to his home after being
gone for two days due to flooding, he discovered a twelve gauge
shotgun, a nine millimeter pistol and a digital camera were
missing from his home. This case remains under investigation
(586).
On 11 Sep 04 James Whealdon, age 40, 410 King
Avenue, Cutler, reported while he was away from home for six
hours that day, an unknown suspect(s) uprooted several plants
from his flower bed then entered his living room and ransacked
the area. This case remains under investigation (597).
On 11 Sep 04 a Cutler resident reported his
thirteen year old daughter left their residence without permission
and has yet to return. The juvenile later arrived home in the
early hours of 12 Sep. This case remains under investigation
(597).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Traylus B. White, age 21, 527 Mitchell Street,
Beverly, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on
unpaid fines, for driving left of center and for driving under
a drug offense suspended license, all misdemeanors. White was
arrested on State Route 339 by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 11 Sep 04 at 3:40 am.
Christopher Dean Miller, age 35, 25 Hickory Street, Warner,
OH, failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Miller was arrested on State Route 7
by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 11 Sep 04 at 4:17 pm.
Michael James Dilo, age 26, 4371 Foxton Court, Dayton, OH,
for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Dilo was arrested
in downtown Marietta by Patrolman Meeks of the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 11 Sep 04 at 5:21 pm.
