While on patrol on County Road 544 the late
evening of 2 Sep 04, Deputy Sheriff McLeish observed two vehicles
parked in the lot of Hills Church. One of the vehicles contained
two individuals, one identifying himself as Todd A. Covey,

was issued a summons for making a false statement to mislead
a public official. Deputy McLeish also arrested Mr. Covey for

his phone card for two Swiss Cake Rolls and supervised the
individual as he used the phone card.
