On 27 Aug 04 Deputy Sheriff Evans issued a citation to Nicholas A. Malernee, age 19, 58815 Grisak Road, Byesville, OH, for traveling 78 mph in a 55 mph zone. Deputy Evans stopped Mr. Malernee on State Route 7 at US 50 in Belpre Township.

ARREST OF ALICIA HANSON, GIRLFRIEND OF LEO GUIDRY, CONVICTED MURDERER OF their CHILD

On August 26, 2004 Detectives from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau requested, obtained and executed a search warrant at the residence of Alicia Hanson, 18189 State Route 339, Waterford, OH. Attached is a copy of pertinent sections of the Search Warrant and Affidavit for Search Warrant. Alicia Hanson, age 20, of the above address was arrested for Perjury. She is currently incarcerated a the Washington County Jail in lieu of a $15,000 bond. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is confident the Washington County Jury returned the right verdict when they found Leo Guidry guilty of Murdering his two and half month old child Felicia Guidry.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrant:

Matthew A. Hickin, age 33, 1878 Hebbardsville Road, Albany, OH, for possession of between one hundred and two hundred grams of marijuana and for the possession of criminal tools on 28 Sep 03.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Adam Joseph Trus, age 26, 14350 State Route 555, Cutler, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Trus was arrested at Adam’s Automotive by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Aug 04 at 11:45 am.

Ronald Bruce Sheridan, age 33, 223 Greene Street Apt. 1, Marietta, for domestic violence by threat of force, a felony. Sheridan was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Hilverding of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Aug 04 at 8:20 pm.

Joseph William Cross, age 30, 1802 Greens Run Road, St. Marys, WV, for driving under a suspended license and for failure to register, both misdemeanors. Cross was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Aug 04 at 8:34 pm.
