On 25 Aug 04 Betty Britton, age 46, 200 Mile
Run Road, Marietta, reported a credit card stolen from her
home was used to make $830 worth of cash withdrawals between
24 Jun and 10 Aug 04. This case remains under investigation
(500).
On 25 Aug 04 Deputy Sheriff Brockmeier responded
to a report of a domestic dispute at the home of Teresa A.
Rathburn, age 37, at 9030 State Route 555, Cutler. Ms. Rathburn
stated her sister Billie Jo Singer, age 35, 365 Clark Road,
Cutler, came to her residence to pick up several personal belongings.
Ms. Singer was “in one of her moods” when she arrived
and began yelling at her sister through the window. As Ms.
Rathburn opened the door to hand Ms. Singer a bag, Ms. Singer
pulled her from the house, threw her to the ground and struck
her several times in the anterior cranial region. Accordingly,
Deputy Brockmeier located Ms. Singer at her residence, placed
her under arrest for domestic violence and transported her
into the Washington County Jail.
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrant:
Charles M. Biehl, age 41, 600 Tick Hill Road,
Lowell, for violating the terms of his probation by failing
to appear for a scheduled appointment on 19 Jul 04, for failing
to complete counseling and for failing to pay fines as ordered
by the court.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Billie Jo Singer, age 35, 365 Clark Road,
Cutler, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Singer was arrested
at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Brockmeier and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 25 Aug 04 at 3:15 pm.
Jodi Lynn Schofield, age 23, 104 Wooster Street, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Schofield was arrested at the Four Seasons
by Patrolman Hilverding of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Aug 04
at 6:30 pm.
William Logan Schofield, age 43, 2837 Blennerhassett Avenue,
Belpre, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on
unpaid fines and for contempt of a court order, both misdemeanors.
Schofield turned himself in to Corrections Officer Carr and
was processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Aug 04
at 10:15 pm.
Orkey Leon Auriene, 849 Ridgewood Street, Hollyhill, FL, a
fugitive from justice, a felony. Auriene was arrested in Marietta
by Deputy Sheriff Norman and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 25 Aug 04 at 11:55 pm.
Crystal Ann Mayo, age 22, 250 County House Lane, Marietta,
a fugitive from justice, a felony. Mayo was arrested at her
residence by Deputy Sheriff Norman and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 25 Aug 04 at 11:55 pm.
