On 12 Aug 04 Susan Work, age 53, 240 Michaelis Road, Marietta, reported her vehicle and vehicles belonging to her sister and niece were all damage while they attended a party at 210 Michaelis Road on 8 Aug 04. This case remains under investigation (1203).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Charles Arthur Hughes III, age 23, 504 Kirk Street, West Lafayette, OH, for .17 breath OVI, driving under a suspended license and for driving left of center, all misdemeanors. Hughes was arrested on Third Street by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Aug 04 at 3:28 am.

Brent Edward Deeter, age 25, 907 Garfield Avenue, Marietta, for receiving stolen property, a misdemeanor. Deeter was arrested on the west side of Marietta by Detective Meek of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Aug 04 at 11:15 am.

Aaron Freeman Farnsworth, age 19, 122 Harmar Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Farnsworth was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Mitchell of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Aug 04 at 4:30 pm.

Sean Jason Wright, age 31, 303 Nickel Plate, Lewisville, OH, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Wright was picked up at the Stark County Jail by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Aug 04 at 6:00 pm.

Matthew Jason Barnhart, age 23, 109 Second Street, Marietta, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Barnhart was arrested in Marietta by Lt. Wilson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Aug 04 at 11:48 pm.
