On 7 Aug 04 Robert Edgar, age 61, 313 Mulberry Street, Bremen, OH, reported during the past week, his camper along with a friend’s were vandalized while parked along the river at 533 Swift Road in Waterford. This case remains under investigation (500).

On 7 Aug 04 Sgt. Jobes was dispatched to the home of Nancy L. Eddington, age 67, 209 Second Street, Lower Salem, in response to a domestic dispute. Ms. Eddington stated her boyfriend Charles R. West, age 58, 705 Charles Street, became angry after being refused permission to use her vehicle because he was drinking. While holding a knife and ice pick, Mr. West then threatened to knock his girlfriend’s head off and burn her shed down. Accordingly, Sgt. Jobes arrested Mr. West for domestic violence and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Juanita Dawn Lynn, age 27, Pennock Trailer Court Lot 49, Beverly, for domestic violence and assault, both misdemeanors. Lynn was arrested in Beverly by Patrolman Oliver of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Aug 04 at 12:55 am.

Jeremiah Winchester Gorum, age 18, 1609 Covert Street, Parkersburg, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Gorum was arrested on State Route 50 by Patrolman Smeeks of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Aug 04 at 4:20 am.

Charles Richard West Sr., age 58, 705 Charles Street, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. West was arrested on Second Street in Lower Salem by Sgt. Jobes of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Aug 04 at 3:10 pm.
