the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Kraig E. Brand, age 45, 43139 Kraig Road, New Matamoras, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,407.25.

Scott S. Cain, age 19, 112 North Main Street, Summerfield, OH, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $142.

Phillip J. Kasprzycki, age 40, 501 Northeast Avenue, Jackson, MI, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $338.

Jason S. Lucas, age 24, Route 83 Box 93, Ellenboro, WV, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $160.

David M. Moore, age 28, 715 State Route 138, New Matamoras, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $480.

Brian C. McConaha, age 43, 875 Lang Farm Road, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $130.

Richard McCroy, age 53, 308 Second Street, New Matamoras, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $115.

Joseph D. Nicolais, age 24, 503 East Eighth Street, Parkersburg, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $100.

Thomas M. Pritchard, age 65, South Street Apt. 4, Akron, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $370.

Michael L. Roux, age 32, Route 3 Box 307E, New Matamoras, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $104.

Franklin P. Schmidt, age 24, 107 Cheyenne Road, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,320.

Sharon J. Schoolcraft, age 30, 1096 Walsh Road, Vincent, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $871.70.

Robert E. Shaver, age 25, 2644 Firetower Road, Rock Hill, SC, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $485.

Adam J. Trus, age 26, 14350 State Route 555, Cutler, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $155.

Dominick Briganti, age 33, Route 43 PO Box 528, Amsterdam, OH, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause.

Willis V. Thompson, age 27, 418 Franklin Street, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jonathan Erick Jennings, age 31, 194 High Street, Vincent, for felony charges of assault and aggravated burglary and misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and domestic violence. Jennings was arrested at his residence by Sgt. Jobes of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Jul 04 at 2:20 am.

Heather Renee Stevens, age 30, PO Box 204 Philo, OH, for felony charges of burglary, trafficking in drugs and theft and a misdemeanor charge of theft. Stevens was picked up at the Lakin Correctional Facility by Deputy Sheriff Tornes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Jul 04 at 11:46 am.

Louis Roe Cavillis, age 33, 116 Harmar Street, Marietta, for two felony charges of domestic violence. Cavillis was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Jul 04 at 10:30 pm.
