On 25 Jul 04 Josh Beaver, age 24, Riverpark Manor Apt. B11, New Matamoras, reported being harassed by his ex-girlfriend and her husband. This case remains under investigation (500).

On 25 Jul 04 Lori Woodruff, age 37, 1055 Woodruff Road, Vincent, reported a family member, in breach of his recognizance bond and a temporary protection order, was on her property twice that day. This case remains under investigation (1203, 697).

On 25 Jul 04 Robert S. Horvat, age 38, 29 Hickory Lane, Little Hocking, reported between midnight and noon that morning an unknown suspect punctured the left rear tire on his 2004 Dodge Ram. This case remains under investigation (200).

On 25 Jul 04 Terrance Roddy, age 33, 783 Warrior Drive, Barlow, reported the aluminum wing and mounts were stolen from the rear of his Honda Civic between 7 pm Saturday and 10:30 am Sunday morning. This case remains under investigation (697).

On 25 Jul 04 James Henthorn, age 25, 1150 Fifteenmile Creek Road, Marietta, reported an acquaintance allegedly stole two of his fishing poles between 1 and 23 Jul. This case remains under investigation (296).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Nicholas Lauren Kaptis, age 26, 33 Park Villa, Parkersburg, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Kaptis was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Smeeks of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jul 04 at 12:35 am.

Shawn Anthony Gill, age 24, 836 Pike Street Apt. 1, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by fighting, a misdemeanor. Gill was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Jul 04 at 11:15 pm.
