On 22 Jul 04 Shelda J. Hogue, age 41, 1045 Sand Hill Road Lot 14, reported an unknown suspect entered her locked home between 9 and 10 pm that evening and stole forty-eight dollars in cash and a few cans of Pepsi. This case remains under investigation (296).

On 22 Jul 04 an employee of Arrow Concrete, PO Box 4336, Parkersburg, reported the business received a back check for $2,701.02 on 27 May 04. This case remains under investigation (8411).

On 22 Jul 04 Harold Dunfee, age 75, 4625 Federal Road, Coolville, reported a company he has a logging contract with has yet to pay him $2,500 for four loads of logs. This case remains under investigation (697).

On 22 Jul 04 Dina M. Miller, age 35, 900 Ridgewood Boulevard, Belpre, reported an unknown suspect obtained her credit card information and used it to make purchases without her consent. This case remains under investigation (697).

On 22 Jul 04 Donna M. Vannay, age 40, 15 Smoke Rise Drive, Marietta, reported a Gameboy Advance was stolen from her unlocked vehicle while parked at Twin Rivers Baptist Church Wednesday evening. This case remains under investigation (697).

On 22 Jul 04 Deputy Sheriff Eddy arbitrated a dispute between a sixteen year old Lowell resident and her sister-in-law Jasmine L. Hupp, age 21, 106 Riley Drive Apt. 5, Marietta. The juvenile stated she and Ms. Hupp were arguing and when she asked her to leave, Ms. Hupp pushed her, causing her to fall against the wall and injuring her wrist. After further investigation Deputy Eddy located Ms. Hupp at her residence, arrested her for assault and transported her to the Washington County Jail.

On 22 Jul 04 Toby Burroughs, age 28, 2007 Gandy Court Apt. A, Belpre, reported a family member allegedly removed several photographs from her vehicle without permission. This case remains under investigation (1203).

On 22 Jul 04 a seventeen year old Belpre reported he has been receiving harassing phone calls from a man with a foot fetish since April of this year. This case remains under investigation (1203).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrant:

Ty C. Arsenault, age 29, 829 Lakeview Drive Apt. 109C, Parkersburg, for passing a bad check for $28.72 on 12 Jul 02.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Timothy James Newbrough, age 20, 517 Smith Street, Marietta, for theft, a misdemeanor. Newbrough was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jul 04 at 1:20 am.

Melissa Dawn Warrener, age 24, 202 Polar Lane, Marietta, for OVI, a misdemeanor. Warrener was arrested at Marietta Memorial Hospital by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jul 04 at 7:40 pm.
