On 20 Jul 04 an employee of Turner’s One
Stop Shop, 18990 State Route 339, Waterford, reported receiving
four bad checks, from the same suspect, totaling $525, over
a three day span during June of this year. This case remains
under investigation (8411).
On 20 Jul 04 an employee of Hilltop Auto Wrecking
at 975 Blue Knob Road in Belpre reported an unknown suspect
removed the dash pad and speedometer, a value of two hundred
dollars, from a Kia Rio on the premises. This case remains under
investigation (592).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
David Michael Harmon, age 60, Marietta, for
violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Harmon was arrested
at Slapshots by Probation Officer Gilchrist and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 20 Jul 04 at 2:40 pm.
Ryan O’Neil Nichols, age 28, 341 Tadpole
Run Road, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation,
a misdemeanor. Nichols was arrested at the office of Probation
Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 20 Jul 04 at 11:45 am.
Traci Lea Schwendeman, age 32, an inmate at
the Ohio Reformatory for Women, for the use of deception to
obtain a dangerous drug, the illegal processing of drug documents
and the attempted use of deception to obtain a dangerous drug,
all felonies. Schwendeman was picked up in Marysville by Deputy
Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 20 Jul 04 at 4:15 pm.
Marvin Ray Ruble Jr., age 31, 313 Third Street,
Beverly, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor.
Ruble was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Ketelsen
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Jul 04 at
4:50 pm.
James Larry Bower, age 65, 2355 Moody Ridge
Road, Vincent, for public indecency, a misdemeanor. Bower was
arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Brockmeier and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 20 Jul 04 at 6:45 pm.
