On 19 Jul 04 Deputy Sheriff Brockmeier was
dispatched to 3740 Braun Road in Belpre to investigate a threat
a neighbor made to Robert Piggot, age 33. Mr. Piggot divulged
to Deputy Brockmeier that as he was walking his children home
along Braun Road, Paul Loudin, age 70, of 3755 Braun Road, came
out of his barn and threatened to break Mr. Piggot’s nose
if he didn’t get off his side of the street. Mr. Piggot
further advised Deputy Brockmeier he was in fear for his safety
and ran to his residence for safe haven. Suitably, Deputy Brockmeier
requested a summons for Mr. Loudin for menacing.
On 19 Jul 04 an employee of Warren Local Schools
reported either Saturday or Sunday several unknown suspects
stacked and painted a number of concrete benches before the
main entrance of and spray painted the letters “CMC”
on the side of Warren Elementary School at 16855 State Route
550 in Vincent. This case remains under investigation (592).
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrant:
Jim Bower, age 65, 2355 Moody Ridge Road, Vincent,
for public indecency on 13 Jul 04.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Warren Stephen Lee Tucker, age 23, 715 Greene
Street Apt. B, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation,
a misdemeanor. Tucker was arrested at the office of Probation
Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 19 Jul 04 at 11:45 am.
Brandon Paul Lincoln, age 18, 309 Lord Street,
Marietta, for two counts of felonious assault. Lincoln was arrested
in Marietta by Patrolman Hilverding of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
19 Jul 04 at 8:30 pm.
