On 2 Jul 04 Tracy L. Hanes, age 34, 4370 Fifteen
Mile Creek Road, Marietta, reported during an argument with
her husband, many unpleasantries were exchanged. Deputy Sheriff
Rhodes determined no threats of physical harm occurred and closed
the case as unfounded.
On 2 Jul 04 Joy M. Lake, age 33, 1111 Cisler Lane,
Marietta, reported the rain visor on the driver’s side
and passenger’s side doors were partially pulled off her
Ford Escort the previous evening. This incident remains under
investigation (598).
On 2 Jul 04 an employee of Condeco, Inc., 840
Swartz Road, Reno, reported between 26 Jun and 1 Jul, an oil
and gas pump jack valued at $5,700 was stolen from 34210 State
Route 7. This incident remains under investigation (1071).
On 2 Jul 04 John R. Jackson, age 41, 2937 Willow
Glen Trail, Mogadore, OH, reported between 13 Jun and 2 Jul,
a black twenty-one pitch prop was stolen from his boat while
parked at the Mogadore Boat Club on State Route 60 in Beverly.
This incident remains under investigation (107).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Christopher Scott Jacobs, age 26, 2909 Falstaff
Road Apt. 34, Baltimore, MD, for a felony charge of possession
of drugs and for misdemeanor charges of possession of drugs
and drug paraphernalia. Jacobs was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman
Smeeks of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 2 Jul 04 at 4:05 am.
Robert Emerson Boggs Jr., age 25, 2832 Old State
Route 56, New Marshfield, OH, for .08 breath OVI and speeding,
both misdemeanors. Boggs was arrested on US 50 by the Ohio State
Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 2 Jul 04 at 11:40 am.
Harold Lee Sanders, age 31, 3414 118th Street,
Cleveland, for driving under a drug offense suspended license
and possession of drugs, both misdemeanors. Sanders was arrested
on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 2 Jul 04 at 11:45 pm.
