On 28 Jun 04 Larry L. Fouss, age 63, 12726 Highland Ridge Road, Lowell, reported the theft of a checkbook from his business between 12 and 28 Jun. This case remains under investigation (200).

On 28 Jun 04 Tami L. Wegner, age 39, 55 Church Street, Vincent, reported between the evening of 19 Jun and the morning of 21 Jun an unknown suspect(s) punctured all four tires of her mother’s Plymouth Grand Fury. This case remains under investigation (698).

On 28 Jun 04 the Detectives Bureau of the Sheriff’s Office began an investigation into a shooting that occurred at 505 East Branch Road in Lowell. As a result of their investigation, Detectives determined the home’s resident Anthony C. Williams, age 30, had a twenty-two caliber rifle in his possession and did fire the weapon several times. Furthermore, Detective Johnson learned Mr. Williams is barred from possessing such a weapon for having been convicted of a drug offense and is thus considered to be under disability. Consequently, Detective Johnson arrested Mr. Williams for having a weapon while under disability and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

On 28 Jun 04 Eula V. Reynolds, age 69, 1245 Brackenridge Road, Vincent, reported, in an elderly neighbor’s absence, she believes several other neighbors have entered the residence and removed items without permission. This case remains under investigation (490).

On 28 Jun 04 Randall S. Gossett, age 33, 169 Gravel Bank Road, Marietta, reported when his ex-wife appeared to pick up their two children, she entered the home after previously being told not to do so. This case remains under investigation (200).

Cynthia Kay Dailey, age 30, 413 ½ Third Street Apt. A, Marietta, for menacing and for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, both misdemeanors. Dailey was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Jun 04 at 10:45 am.

Christopher Robert Karcher, age 24, 413 ½ Third Street Apt. A, Marietta, for driving under an FRA suspended license, resisting arrest, domestic violence and two counts of assault, all misdemeanors. Karcher was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Jun 04 at 10:50 am.

Bobby Leroy Anderson, age 45, 5056 Ireland Road, Coolville, for .08 breath OVI, driving under an OVI suspended license, speeding and for violating the terms of his probation, all misdemeanors. Anderson was arrested on Circle Drive in Belpre by Patrolman Sams of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Jun 04 at 9:07 pm.

Anthony Cameron Williams, age 30, 505 Branch Road, Lowell, for having a weapon while under disability, a felony. Williams was arrested at his residence by Detective Johnson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Jun 04 at 11:06 pm.

Melissa Dawn Warrener, age 23, 202 Poplar Lane, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Warrener was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Titus of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Jun 04 at 11:57 pm.
