Route 618, Belpre, reported between 28 May and 1 Jun an unknown
suspect(s) broke the window of a truck, removed the fire extinguishers
from several trucks and stole a strobe light. This case remains
under investigation (200).
On 1 Jun 04 Dwayne Daggett, age 39, 3736 State
Route 339, Belpre, reported between 28 May and 1 Jun an unknown
suspect(s) forcibly entered his semi parked at Merchant’s
5 Star on State Route 7 and removed a General Lee CB radio and
a Sony cassette player. This case remains under investigation
(200).
On 1 Jun 04 a Marietta man reported his sixteen
year old daughter’s ex-boyfriend and his friends are continually
harassing his daughter and her new boyfriend. This case remains
under investigation (1091).
On 1 Jun 04 an employee of the Cliffside Carryout,
20825 State Route 550, Marietta, reported a patron punched several
holes in the marquee outside the establishment. This case remains
under investigation (945).
On 1 Jun 04 Nancy Nicholas, age 36, 316 Franklin
Street, Marietta, reported subsequent to selling her trailer
on Dixon Ridge Road in Lowell, the new tenant sold her belongings
before she had a chance to move them. This case remains under
investigation (500).
On 1 Jun 04 Traci L. Harper, age 32, 568 Perry
Road, Cutler, reported her personal information is being used
to make online purchases without her permission. This case remains
under investigation (586).

Office received the following warrants:
Aaron Farnsworth, age 19, 122 Harmar Street, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his probation.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
William Scott Biehl, age 29, 116 Westchester Drive,
Marietta, for OVI and speeding, both misdemeanors. Biehl was
arrested on Watertown Road by Deputy Sheriff Norman and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jun 04 at 12:30 am.
William Logan Schofield, age 43, 2837 Blennerhassett
Avenue, Belpre, for driving under an FRA suspension, a misdemeanor.
Schofield was arrested at his residence by Detective Johnson
of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and was processed
into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jun 04 at 10:00 am.
Michael David Blind, age 25, 1985 Main Street,
Stockport, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor.
Blind was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jun 04 at
11:20 am.
Judy Ann Thomas, age 42, 1106 20th Street, Vienna,
WV, for .17 breath OVI and driving left of center, both misdemeanors.
Thomas was arrested on State Route 821 by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jun
04 at 4:17 pm.
Charles Joseph Chamberlain, age 28, 10091 Cableline
Road, Newton Falls, OH, for violating the terms of his probation
and for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, both misdemeanors. Chamberlain was picked in Portage
County by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 1 Jun 04 at 7:20 pm.
